The international monetary fund wants to tax banks , the finance minister is against the tax, our canadian banks are solvent, why should the canadian banks be taxed, however, i think that a fund that is voluntary could be a good idea, make a fund that will generate revenue for Canada for university projects, it is just an idea. If we could make a fund that could generate revenues for banks and canadians, it could be a good idea if it was done efficiently. Thank you.
