Toronto is #6 with 8.2% down :(. This isn't good...

There is nothing wrong with the Toronto real estate market. The small price decline we just witnessed is over, and there will be spectacular rise in prices in the next few years to come.

Sure keep saying that and you'll feel better :p. There will be quite a few years before Toronto prices reach the 2008 high, and when this happens the dollar purchasing power will be half of what is it today. So no matter what home owners lose big time.

Sure :p. We here in Toronto are different than London (UK), Los Angeles, and many other world-class cities. We'll be the only city in the world that will escape the real estate carnage :p

Still there are quite a few delusional homeowners out there thinking that "here is different". This won't last long.
