So much for the miraculous Canadian economy:

139,000 full-time jobs lost, some of them converted to part-time. Good luck with the "robust economic recovery".

Yes, the numbers are really bad. Welsome to the new economy where $30/hour manufacturing jobs are replaced with $10/hours service jobs.

The total number of lost jobs was less than 10K. I don't think this is a big deal.

So you think it's not a big deal if a full-time job becomes a part time or a $30/hour job is shipped overseas and replaced with $10 "service" job?

Still the majority of Canadians are employed and they'll keep spending, which in turn will revive the economy.

Employed where, in the "service" industry, servicing each other with producing any meaningful economic goods?
