We have seen nothing yet! Just wait until "the house as ATM" game is over and then you'll see some really ugly Canadian bankruptcy numbers. I give it 3-4 months at most...

The Canadian housing market is hardly on fire, and is actaully just starting a devastating multi-year decline.

Just wait for TREB numbers for October later today. I'm betting on another all time high average price for Toronto :).

Well this didn't happen, did it? The fact that October avergae price didn't surpass the May 2010 top is a very bad sign for Toronto real estate. It's all downhill from here.
