I hate to burst your bubble, but there won't be a housing crash in Canada. Did you see the average re-sell price in Toronto (code 416)? In case you haven't it's 500K+ :p.

I would not be so sure. The average price doesn't mean much, now if the median price is going up that's a different story altogether, but I don't think this is the case.
