Yep, I read the report the other day and it only confirmed my opinion that Canada (at least the big cities) is in humongous housing bubble. This of course doesn't mean the bubble will crash right away, but shows how incomes are out of whack with housing prices. When the bubble crashes it will be many, many years before we reach the bubble prices again and I'm talking dollars not adjusted for inflation.

Same here :). I think when this happens most people will be afraid to buy, and will miss a great opportunity. Why people like to buy high and are afraid to touch something that has come significantly down is beyond me.
