The concept that the USD is safe place to park your capital is laughable at best. They printed 100s of billions of dollars in a single year and are about to print many trillions in the years to come. Do you know what will happen to the USD value when they do that? Unfortunately any other paper currency is in the same boat...

Decline in USD not a result of over supply. Presenter's (whatever his credentials) opinion only. "Individuals who say that the dollar will continue to decline in value are right for the wrong reasons."
