Indian Central Bank unexpectedly hiked rates today. Is Canada next?

I think our first rate hike comes in July 2010. After that the interest rates will rise rapidly for 2-3 years to cool down inflation pressures. The interest rate hikes will kill the Canadian stock and housing markets in my opinion.
