Foreign Bank Schedule II

I work for a foreign bank (schedule II) and I would like to know if there are restrictions in the Bank act or any other regulatory guidelines regarding offering products on behalf of the parent bank overseas. If there are restrictions, please tell what are they and where is it mentioned in the Bank Act or other regulatory guidelines. Thanks in advance.

As far as I know Schedule II Canadian banks are banks that can accept deposits and are a subsidiary of a foreign bank with branches in Canada.
