I have initially invested 1000 shares for Suntec Solar sometime in march 2010.
In mid apr, a guy call Richard call me and told me that a hedge fund want to
buy 900,000 shares of Suntec. He ask me to take up 5000 shares without even qualifying me whether I can afford it. After several persistent calls from him, I decided to buy 2,000 shares. He told me that he is selling it for 10.25 for me and ask me to wait. He came back again and told that the lawyer cannot accept 3000 shares. The minimun is 5,000. i have no choice to buy 2,000 shares again. So, now I have 5,000 shares.

That was in 3rd June 2010. The proceeds was to be paid on 8th June for Euro 50,737. But I did not receive the payment he promised. He told that the "final audit" shows that the fund manager saw a shortage of shares of anout 10 %. There are 52 investors has to cough up 1733 shares each.

I smell some thing fishy. He never promised to pay me and he does not feel bad at all. My money is needed for my house renovation. That's why I agreed to buy when he told me it will be done in 48 hours.

I consulted my friends about this company and saw that dawson & Fielding is under the Investors Alert ! The address in Vancouver is false. I cannot confirm that the address at AIG Bldg is true at all , unless someone in Japan can visit the place and talk to them in person.

I also found out Dawson & Fielding in not registered company in securities and Financial products. They are running an illegal business in Japan.

Do not send money to this company. It is too dangerous.

The sales person may not be licenced at all !

I have also invested money in Suntec Solar through Dawson Fielding. I have yesterday recieved news that the company (suntec solar) is to be dissolved and my investment is lost, but if I invest in more shares I will be bought out on a good price. This is the third time a deal has collapsed and always they need more money.

Do anyone have any info regarding this. Or any other who have invested in this stock?

Hi,

I'm sad to say that i've fallen in the same trick here in Singapore.

The story is as what Singapart mentioned, I guess there is no way back now i guess. It's a very painful and expensive lesson learnt i guess.

To anyone interested in investing with them. Don't bother.

I have now been told that if I did not put in the required money for additional shares, I would loose my already invested money. I told them that I would not put in any more money and that they would have to give me a deal with the amount I had. I also threatened them with investigation about their dealings. When they understood that I would not put in more money - he said that "of course your money is not lost.....".

How do you reccommend that we go about finding out what has happened? Is Dawson the underwriter for Suntec, Does Suntec exist? I cannot find any info that tells me whether this is fiction or fact.

I have invested alot of money in this and I am willing to try and find out if there is any way to get any of it back......

I have also invested in Suntec Solar, and the story is the same. I've even been asked to invest another 5000 shares (to 10000 shares).
Based on the stories from you guys, I'll not increase my stake.
I'll stay on 5000 shares instead and await the promised IPO of Suntec Solar.
... if the company exists....

This company Dawson & Fielding is a running a scam or fraud business. They
will tell you a fabricated story about positive bank liquidation or Suntec Solar shares for pre -IPO for french stock exchange CAC. But in reality Suntec Solar is only a website. They do not make anything. The professors in the website are only cartoon characters like in a story book.

If you check Dawson & Fielding website under google "whois dawson fielding:
, they have change their servers several times to avoid detection from somebody.

Do not send money as nothing they do is real. If you agree to buy the shares and decide to pull out, they will threaten to get their attorney to sue you. All this are false. They do not have any attorney as the company is not licenced at all.

Dawson & Fielding is being blacklisted in Japan for making unsolicited phone calls.

Dear Investman,
Suntec Solar does not exist. Dawson & Fielding is the TOP phone scam company based in Tokyo. All their addresses in Canada and Tokyo are false.
Dawson & Fielding has been blacklisted by the British Columbia Securities Commission and the Swedish govt has issued a warding againt investing in Dawson & Fielding. This company is NOT LICENSCED to sell any form of securities or financial products. The staff work in a team to scam several times from the same investor ( double or triple dipping ).

Send you email complaints to inquiries@bcsc.bc.ca giving the names of the conmen you spoke to. These conmen from Dawson & Fielding can be harsh at times when you decide not to buy the shares. They use hard sell tactics. When they call you, they sound urgent and have no regard for you at all.
They do not care about whether you can afford to invest.

Do you know that it is illegal for Dawson & Fielding to solicit clients through phone ?

Do not dream of going IPO as Suntec Solar does not exist.
I send an email to investor relations by the name of santiago. He does not reply as all the email is controlled by Dawson & Fielding boiler room operations.

They do not have a proper office as their operations are illegal.

Hi

I have now contacted the norwegian police authorities to file my case. They have told me that they cannot find any record of either Dawson & Fielding or Suntec Solar being of existance, and by all means do not put any more money in this company as it is a well known fraud. I recommend that you all report this to your local authorities.

The funny thing is that D&F is still in touch to "update" me on the progress of Suntec. Probably there will come a new deal, but in which we of course will have to put in more money first before we get a return.

It is important that we keep in contact on any progress. My email is

Do not be fooled by the staff at Dawson & Fielding. The address they gave on the invoice are all false. If you go to the website of British Columbia Securities Commission, you will download the Pdf letter about how these conmen tell you about renewable technology share going IPO. The Suntec Solar is only a website and the address is Roppongi Hills in Tokyo which a residental area. They have no factory or other office. The shares price at Euro 3.50 is also very expensive as according to my French friend. They also lie to us about floating on the French stock exchange, CAC. They could not even produce the sales report for the "Suntec Solar". Suntec Solar is therefore a ficticious company used to scam investors. Dawson & Fielding scam has spread all over the world. The staff used their glib tongues to fool everybody. Furthermore, the money is sent to Arctrade Holdings Inc at Bank Sinopac in Taiwan. How are we going to recover the money from Taiwan ?

Dawson & Fielding will wind up their company once they have scammed enough people and they can enjoy their life with our hard earned money.

Hi Wayne lee,
I am also glad that you discover this forum to check on Dawson & Fielding scam. I believed you are in Malaysia or Singapore.

The Dawson & Fielding scam has spread all over the world and the worst thing is that they are located in Tokyo. We need some contacts in Toyo to check on them and see if the address at AIG bldg is real. But my instincts tell
me that it is false. They could be located at an apt in Tokyo and operating a boiler room operation. What you see there are many tables for them to call.

You may also note that most victims are men and not women. Because women have the 6th sense to detect scam.

The point to note is that all the scammers are also men and they rotate themselves to confuse us for double or triple dipping. I nearly lost another Euro 6,300 after listening to a guy call Peter Stanley who promised me that
that the payment will be done in 48 hours. Do not believe anything they
promised, because they will have another excuse for you to cough out more of your life savings and eventually you will be bankrupt. That's is how cruel the scammers at Dawson & Fielding works.

You may email me at biohalite@gmail.com

I am coming to term with the big mistake I had made. Parting 30,000 @ EUR 3.50 per share is a very big sum, besides losing in exchange rate and commission.

It came too late to realize that there are warnings regarding Dawson & Fielding.

I will keep in contact with you guys as soon as I have settled some of my monetary matter.

Hi Darren,
The Dawson & Fielding scam has reached epidemic proportions. It has spread to 52 countries. The company has employed hundreds of telemarketers in Florida, Seoul, Taipei, Tokyo to trick investors into parting their life savings.
Most people lost between 30,000 Euros to 150,000 euros.

The most pitiful one are the people who have retired and have no savings left. The conmen at Dawson & Fielding Scam are HORRIBLE CREATURES and do not have human feelings. They are part of SATAN ! The DEVIL.

These conmen will go to HELL when they die as their SINS are very heavy.

Ierik, I am not sure of Nexus Ventures, but the website looks suspicious.
Just tell Dawson & Fielding conmen that another company offered you only Euro 1.00 instead of 3.50 for Suntec Solar shares. They would be very perplexed and unable to make a deal for you. Furthermore tell them that you are given share certificates. But for Dawson & Feilding scam., You get a nothing. Not even a receipt !!!!

Do not deal with overseas companies as there is no redress by your country govt. To send money is easy , but to get money is TERRIBLY DIFFICULT.
The company will close their operations and their telephone lines will be cut.

They will restart another company and continue with the same tactics over another new scam. Suntec Solar scam was hatched only in March 2010.

Never buy financial products ove the telephone. It is usually a scam.
They use IP telephone, there is no way you can detect them.

The address for Dawson & Fielding scam is all false.

Dawson & Fielding scam is a BOILER ROOM operation type. If you call before they start work in Tokyo, your call will be answered by a gruffy japanese voice who is probably the caretaker of the boiler room.

Dawson & Fielding scam will finish once they have cheated enough people.

All investors with Dawson & Fielding scam will be totally broke and maybe DEAD !

The scheme operated by Dawson & Fielding Inc is very complex but no matter how complex or the difficulty to trace these people, it will come sooner or later.

The company Dawson & Fielding Inc, or if there is no such registered company , the Authority of country involved and the Media can help to start the probe.

There is fraudulent and misrepresentation
There is intention to Cheat
There is Threat & Lies
There is Untrustworthy and no delivery of contract etc.
Money paid to them but there is no pay back etc.

Since all the money paid to the Holding Company's Bank in Taipei, the only lead is to get hold of the Bank.

The proof of Scam is clear and I hope the Govt, the Media and Interpol
can assist to nap all the culprits.

Hi Melissa,

Sad to say i emphatize with what you and your husband are going through now. Sleepless nights thinking of whether or not your money will come back to you. But i believe the answer to this is no. It's gone and the chances of getting it back is near impossible if not total.

I know where you come from when you mentioned that you are too ashamed to confide in the people around you due to what happened. But we must all band together and expose these people of the scam they have created, which is Dawson and Fielding Inc. Suntec Solar / Nexus Ventures. Suntec Solar. Scams each and every one of them.

Unity in numbers, post more about what they have done and expose their deeds. I believe that there are definitely more individuals who have fell prey to their well weaved scam which is Suntec Solar.

Be strong, companies like Dawson and Fielding with their scams will be more than happy if we keep quiet about things and becomes demoralized, some even resulting in potential suicide. (Dead man won't ask for their money back). Do contact anyone of us here. God bless.
