The TREB hasn't released the Toronto housing sales numbers for Dec 2008, and today is already 9th of January. They have never been so late with their monthly release. I guess the numbers are terrifying and they are out of ideas how to put a positive spin on this. Everybody is expecting a strong spring real estate market, but when there is none, the prices will crash with breathtaking speed. I won't be surprised to see 20% decline in Toronto by year end.
