So now the first half of November sales numbers are out, are you still sure that lower housing prices in Toronto for years to come is wishful thinking?

If you haven't seen the numbers I'll clue you in. Sales in Toronto are down almost 50%, and the prices are down 8% year over year. It looks like the housing market in Toronto is recovering, NOT!
