More power to them. The higher it goes the worse the crash will be. I have unlimited patience and I'll wait it out.

I'd rather see steadily declining real estate prices, otherwise the economy will be devastated.

I start to doubt that the big crash is yet to come. I think the worst is over and I think our society will benefit if we all are more positive.

Be as positive as you wish , but this won't change the final outcome. Also don't confuse being positive with being in denial

Yes, the crash is coming and you better believe it. The other thing that everybody must be prepared for are much higher interest rates. Are you ready?
