US$6,948 Gold!
Here is an interesting article by National Post, about the potential price of Gold if the US dollar returns to the gold standard:
http://www.nationalpost.com/todays-p...tml?id=1375484 Gold seems really undervalued right now

I don't know if gold will reach this number or not, but I know that gold is headed much higher with the current money printing policies, just about every country in the world employees.

Gold is headed much lower once the confidence returns.

Confidence in what, paper money? You are delusional. Sooner than later all newly printed money will trickle down in the economy and then watch out for the inevitable inflation.

The US dollar is a piece of paper even now, but this doesn't mean that we'll be back on the gold standard unfortunately.
