Citizens Bank becoming non-deposit taking financial institution

One of the first online banks in Canada Citizens Bank, is exiting personal banking, and will become non-deposit taking bank institution. Citizens Bank is selling is selling most of its personal unsecured loans, residential mortgages, and credit lines to TD Bank.
