My wife and I spend $150 a week at Metro or Canadian Superstore. Just two of us.

About 700 for food per month for a family of three.

It depends. Some months I'm way too busy and have no time at all to eat at home, and eating in restaurants all the time is quite expensive. There are times when it's different, though.
