Default Vancouver real estate

I can see you have some numbers and figures for Toronto real estate market. Do you have some figures for BC, Vancouver area?

I know that the Vancover housing market is crashing, but I don't have any specific numbers. You can check the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver website for press releases and statistics about housing sales and prices:

Vancouver was and still is, one of the greatest real estate bubbles worldwide, and as such is due for a nasty fall.

I used to live in Vancouver - beautiful city; but the prices of real estate have gone crazy there. Canada will follow US and the same crash in real estate is going to happen very soon.

Vancouver is a great city, but the crash in home prices is already there:

Unfortunately lower real estate prices affect negatively all of us in Canada. When the real estate go down, people lower their spending and this only helps the downturn in the economy.

I agree that house prices in Vancouver reach almost bubble levels, but there are many things in Vancouver that many other big Canadian cities cannot offer, so I don't see real estate there going much lower from here.

Almost bubble levels? Can you please stop showing your ignorance and stop wasting our time? Vancouver real estate market is one of the biggest real estate bubbles worldwide and no matter what Vancouver has to offer prices will be in half 2 years from now.
