Stupid and greedy wannabe house speculator
Here is an interesting blog post about a wannabe house speculator, who doesn't seem to be very bright:
http://torontorealtyblog.com/2009/03...ever-be-built/ And some people still think that house price in Toronto can't fall further

And she still thinks she can make money on this condo. It's a close call which is greater, her stupidity/ignorance or her greed. I hope she gets what she deserves.

What's wrong with making some money from real estate if you can?

There is nothing wrong with that, granted that you know what you are doing. She obviously doesn't because she doesn't know that the prices and sales have crashed already, her condo might never be built, and she has no money to fulfill her contractual obligations. This is what I call a greedy moron.

I think using words as "stupid" and "greedy" is a little harsh in this case.
