How do I change my name on my credit report? The last credit report still showed my maiden name...

Just call them. They will ask you to send them photo ID - like drivers license or passport and probably phone bill or credit card statement.

You will have to contact the credit bureau that has the old information in your credit file and request a change. The credit bureau will require some documents to prove your identity and that's all you need to do.
