Default Using ATM machines in Europe with Canadian debit card - what are the fees?

I'm going on vacation in Europe in 3 weeks, and I was wondering how much do Canadian banks charge for ATM fee withdrawals abroad? I have an account with Royal Bank.

Last time when I was in Europe (about a year ago) RBC charged me $4 per transaction as far as I remember. I won't be surprised if they have increased their fees (with raging infaltion and all). Your best bet is to call them and ask before going on vacation.
