Same here, no junk food whatsoever and organic products whenever possible.

We spend around $900 per month for family of 5.
My family and I have tried to avoid putting in chips, candies, chocolates, and other junk food in the cart, and our bill has significantly lowered down. |

So is the $900 after you reduced your bill, or before?

My wife and I spend $150 a week at Metro or Canadian Superstore. Just two of us.

About 700 for food per month for a family of three.

It depends. Some months I'm way too busy and have no time at all to eat at home, and eating in restaurants all the time is quite expensive. There are times when it's different, though.

cutting on junkfood reduces it to about $800. i hope to significantly lower it more. |
