Is it difficult to get small business credit card? What are the requirements?

I know that AMEX Canada offers business credit cards. You can contact them and check what are their requirements.

All big Canadian banks offer business credit cards. I remember RBC offering me a business credit card with $50K limit. I never got the card though, as I didn't need it.
